This service aims to provide marketing management training to marketing team students at STIT Al Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang to improve performance in promoting the campus. In the increasingly developing digital era, campus marketing requires the right strategy to reach a wider and more effective audience. This training focuses on increasing students' understanding of basic marketing concepts, the use of social media for promotions, as well as market analysis techniques and effective communication. This training was carried out through a participatory approach involving 20 students as active participants. The method used in this service consists of several stages, namely needs assessment, theoretical training, practicum and simulation, evaluation and feedback. Based on the evaluation results, this training was proven to be able to improve the marketing team's skills in designing and implementing more professional and creative marketing strategies, as well as having a positive impact on achieving campus marketing goals

English, especially speaking, is very important for students to master it, especially in this digital era, alot of information is conveyed using English orally. This assistance aimed to overcome the very low speaking ability of BEM STIT al Urwatul Wutsqo members. One of them is the debate method. This mentoring was attended by 20 students. The research results shows that the debate method works very effectively and has a positive impact, where speaking skills increase significantly, as evidenced by the results of the pretest and posttest with paired sample test with the results t count > t table (- 8, 929 > 2, 172913), and 0.000 < 0.05, then this assistance is declared successful.

Regular recitation in Banjarsari Village, Enggano District, North Bengkulu Regency has a strategic role in community empowerment. UINFAS Bengkulu KKN students, Group 6 Batch 3, play an active role in optimizing the recitation activities through mentoring. The implementation of this activity involves several stages, namely an initial meeting with the recitation committee, active involvement in each recitation session, and post-recitation evaluation. The results of this mentoring method include an increase in community religious knowledge and strengthening social solidarity. The evaluation showed that the program succeeded in improving the community's religious understanding and creating stronger social ties among the recitation participants. It is hoped that this mentoring method can continue to be applied and developed to improve the quality of routine recitation in the future, as well as strengthen the role of recitation as a means of community empowerment. This routine recitation, apart from being a means of learning religion, also plays an important role in shaping the character of a more religious and empowered community. Through this activity, KKN students not only learn to apply the knowledge they have gained but also contribute significantly to the empowerment of the Banjarsari Village community

This community service aims to improve the understanding and practice of worship through the Sulam At-Taufiq book for students at Al Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic Boarding School in Jombang. This activity focuses on assisting santri in understanding the text of the book and practicing thaharah and prayer correctly. The method used includes a comprehensive and interactive approach through seven stages: identification of needs, pre-test, program design, classical learning, selection of superior santri as companions, worship practices, and evaluation and follow-up. The results of the service showed a significant improvement in the ability of santri to read and understand the Sulam At-Taufiq book, including the ability to interpret, analyze in terms of Nahwu and Sharaf, and understand the meaning of its contents. The students also showed an increase in skills in the practice of thaharah and prayer according to Islamic law. Supporting factors for the success of the program are the high interest and enthusiasm of the santri, while time constraints are a limiting factor. This program succeeded in creating a sustainable mentoring system by empowering senior santri as mentors

Basic literacy and numeracy skills are an important investment in a child's future. Efforts to develop these abilities from an early age will provide long-term benefits for children's cognitive, social and academic development. This community service aims to improve basic literacy and numeracy skills in early childhood at SPS Melati II, Margasari Village, Pasawahan District through market day activities. This activity is a learning innovation that actively involves children as sellers and buyers, and uses menu books as a medium for offering products. This research used the Participant Action Research (PAR) method with research subjects of 21 early childhood who participated in this activity, as well as teachers and parents who were involved in market day activities. Observation results show that market days are effective in improving children's literacy and numeracy skills, such as the ability to read food names, calculate the amount of groceries, and interact with peers. This activity also provides a fun and meaningful learning experience for early childhood

This article aims to determine the effectiveness of parenting study activities in increasing parents' awareness of early childhood care. A resilient child is a child who can adjust, face challenges, and bounce back after experiencing a difficulty or problem. the implementation of this community service uses a community service method using a PAR approach with stages: Stage to Know, Stage to Understand, Stage to Plan, Stage to Act, Stage to Change. The results state that children's resilience does not appear suddenly, but needs to be trained from an early age by parents. A resilient child does not mean never failing, never being sad, or never being disappointed, a resilient child is a child who can get up, after feeling failure, sadness, and disappointment. Teaching children to face obstacles and rise from failure can be done by several things: being an example for children, building a mutually supportive relationship between parents and children, giving children the opportunity to develop a sense of responsibility, helping children control emotions, and giving children the opportunity to face challenges

Memorizers of the Qur'an play a very important role in maintaining, spreading, and practicing the teachings of the Qur'an. However, to become memorizers who not only memorize the text, but also understand and practice it in everyday life, they need in-depth guidance and knowledge. One of the books that is very relevant to this study is At-Tibyan fi adabi hamalati Al-Qur'an by Imam An-Nawawi. This book provides very useful guidance for memorisers of the Qur'an in maintaining the manners and ethics that must be applied in their lives as carriers and memorizers of the Qur'an. Guidance is needed in the study of the book At-Tibyan fi adabi hamalati Al-Qur'an to improve the understanding and application of the morals of students. The methods in this guidance are the sorogan, bandongan and mudzakaroh methods as well as interactive discussions and direct practice in everyday practice. The results of this book study assistance are an increase in students' understanding of the etiquette of carrying the Qur'an, the formation of noble morals in everyday life, an increase in awareness of responsibility as memorisers of the Qur'an, an increase in students' motivation to learn, an increase in the ability to implement the values of the book, and a strengthening of the tradition of knowledge in Islamic boarding schools. The Effective Marketing Techniques training at Pondok Pesantren Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang aimed to enhance the skills of santri in marketing the pesantren to the wider community, especially through digital media. The training utilized methods such as lectures, interactive discussions, demonstrations, and field practice to provide both theoretical understanding and practical skills in marketing. The results of the training showed that participants were able to grasp marketing concepts, utilize social media, and implement persuasive marketing techniques. Despite challenges related to limited time and access to technology, the training successfully equipped santri with the skills needed to market the pesantren effectively. It is expected that this training will contribute positively to enhancing the pesantren’s image and attracting prospective students to join

Community empowerment related to literacy through village library management has the aim of supporting the literacy movement and community interest in reading in Plabuhanrejo village, Mantup District, Lamongan Regency. The method used in this research is the ABCD (asset-based community development) method; this method is an approach to community development. In the ABCD method, there are 5 procedures used, namely define, discover, dream, design, and deliver destiny. This community empowerment program can be implemented well and optimally. The results of the research show that books used as village libraries have a positive influence in overcoming various problems faced by the village, where initially the culture of literacy in the community began to decline, increasing day by day.
