Effective financial management is essential to ensure that the madrasah can provide adequate facilities in line with established educational standards. The objective of this research is to analyze how financial management is implemented at MA Al Washoya, focusing on planning, inventory, and evaluation related to the procurement of educational facilities and infrastructure.The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, using data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The study examines the financial planning process involving the Waka Sarpras, fund allocation based on annual work meetings, and how inventory and financial evaluation are conducted to ensure proper and efficient use of funds.The findings reveal that financial management at MA Al Washoya is functioning reasonably well; however, there are areas requiring improvement, particularly in optimizing procurement and maintenance of existing facilities and infrastructure. The evaluation indicates that, although facilities and infrastructure have been planned and procured, better maintenance is needed to ensure their sustainability. Student character is an important aspect in the formation of a person with integrity, responsibility and good moral values. A qualitative method with a case study approach was used in this research. Data were collected using interviews, documentation, and observation. The results of this study show the integration of character education in learning, extracurricular activities, as well as habituation and acculturation activities. In the classroom, character values such as gotong royong, integrity and independence are instilled through active approaches and independent tasks. Extracurricular activities, such as sports, arts, and religion, strengthen religious, independent, and nationalist characters. In addition, habituation through routine (prayer, ceremony, gotong royong), spontaneous (5 S), and exemplary (discipline) activities are also applied to shape students' characters. The main focus of the research is to analyze the early education gap, adaptive early education curriculum, obstacles to early curriculum development and sustainable early education models. A qualitative approach is used with the case study method. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews, observation, and review of related documents. The research results show that there is a gap between the early education policy and the needs of traditional Islamic boarding schools, especially in maintaining local characteristics such as the yellow book curriculum. Islamic boarding schools face challenges in infrastructure, funding and human resource training, which hinder curriculum innovation. Manbaul Ulum Islamic Boarding School has combined religious values ??with modern skills, despite being constrained by technology and resources.
