The research method used is qualitative descriptive with a case study approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the preparation of educational programs at SMA Negeri 2 Mojokerto was carried out carefully and systematically at the beginning of the semester, taking into account the needs of students. Educational programs as an effort to meet the needs of students in improving academic achievement include tutoring activities, independent learning activities, project-based learning, and guidance and counseling. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, where data is obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation to explore the dynamics of leadership and management of Islamic boarding schools. The results of the study indicate that kiai play a dominant role in strategic decision-making and the development of the school's vision and mission. Although the principal is responsible for administration, long-term policies still depend on the direction of the kiai. The kiai also succeeded in integrating Islamic values ??into school activities, such as congregational prayer and religious studies, which support the formation of student character. However, there is tension between the flexible tradition of Islamic boarding schools and more structured and modern managerial demands. This study uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews as a method of data collection, involving the principal, supervision team, and several teachers at the school. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of supervision at MTs Miftahul Ulum is carried out in a structured manner twice a year, with the main focus on Teacher Performance Assessment (PKG) in the even semester. Supervision is carried out using two techniques, namely direct supervision through classroom observation and indirect supervision through meetings and group discussions between teachers. The main supporting factors are teacher mastery of technology, a conducive school culture, adequate facilities and infrastructure, and the existence of a competent supervision team. However, there are several inhibiting factors, such as time constraints, schedule clashes with other activities, and challenges in the readiness of learning devices and student discipline problems. The implications of this study indicate the need to develop a more flexible and data-based supervision system and improve teacher skills in utilizing technology to support the quality of learning. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the planning of facilities and infrastructure is carried out in a participatory manner by considering strategic needs and school budgets, although educational technology development planning still needs to be improved. The organization of facilities and infrastructure is carried out with a clear structure and organized division of tasks, involving the principal, vice principal of infrastructure, treasurer, inventory administration staff, and room coordinator. The implementation of this systematic management of facilities and infrastructure has supported the creation of an effective and efficient learning environment, although budget constraints are still a major challenge. This study contributes to the development of an adaptive and participatory model of educational facilities and infrastructure management, as a reference for other schools in optimizing educational facility management in order to improve the quality of the learning process. The focus of the study includes the evaluation of library collection needs, collection procurement and selection mechanisms, and the influence of the environment and habits on students' reading interest. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that collection evaluation is carried out routinely by utilizing borrowing and visit data to determine the books that are most in demand by students, such as supporting books and novels. Collection procurement is based on the curriculum and academic needs, involves active participation from teachers, and utilizes BOS funds to enrich the literacy collection. One of the strategies implemented is the rotation of collections between classes, which allows students to access various types of reading. Although students' reading interest is still relatively low, efforts to get used to reading before learning begins, the provision of comfortable library facilities, and promotion of collections by teachers have succeeded in significantly increasing students' reading interest. The main focus of this study is to analyze the extent to which the effectiveness of SIM implementation in improving the efficiency of administrative work, as well as identifying supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation process. The research used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation studies. Data were analyzed through the stages of reduction, presentation, and inductive inference. The results showed that the implementation of SIM has had a positive impact on accelerating access to academic data and work time efficiency, especially in managing student and teacher data. However, the implementation is not yet optimal because there is still dependence on manual systems, limited integration between work units, and the digitization of financial documents and correspondence. Supporting factors in the implementation of SIM include the commitment of madrasah leaders and the awareness of the importance of digitalization. Meanwhile, the main obstacles come from limited technological infrastructure, low digital literacy of administrative staff and unstable network quality. In the face of globalization and increasing competition among Islamic educational institutions, pesantren are expected to maintain their relevance not only through curriculum excellence and graduate character but also through strategic public image development. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through direct observation, in-depth interviews with pesantren administrators, active students, and alumni representatives. The findings reveal that the pesantren's promotional efforts are implemented through four main approaches: empowering social media, deploying students for community-based preaching (dakwah), mobilizing alumni networks (particularly ISMA’U NTB), and organizing both internal and external events that are communicative and participatory. Students are positioned not only as learners but also as promotional agents who construct positive narratives about the institution. This study indicates a paradigm shift in religious institutional promotion-from conventional approaches to more contextual, participatory strategies. Using quantitative methods, this study involved 25 sixth grade students of MI Ma'arif Sidomukti Gresik and their parents. Data were collected through a questionnaire that measured parental parenting patterns, consisting of authoritarian, permissive, and authoritative aspects, as well as students' learning independence measured based on their ability to manage study time, complete assignments independently, and find learning resources. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between parental parenting patterns and the level of students' learning independence. Authoritative parenting patterns were shown to have a greater positive impact compared to authoritarian and permissive parenting patterns. These findings indicate that the implementation of good parenting management by parents can contribute significantly to the development of students' learning independence.
