This research aims to analyze strategies for improving the quality of education carried out by Kiai in facing the challenges of globalization at MA Al Urwatul Wutsqo. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the challenges of globalization include technological progress, moral decadence, and shifts in social values. The strategies implemented by Kiai to improve the quality of education to face globalization include providing adequate learning facilities, a comprehensive educational approach, selecting committed teachers, and maintaining A accreditation on an ongoing basis. This institution also focuses on developing students' character and morals through charitable activities, meeting educational standards set by the government, and integrating physical, moral, spiritual and managerial aspects in the learning process

This study underscores the importance of effective financial management in the procurement of educational facilities and infrastructure at MA Al Washoya Ngoro Jombang, aiming to support optimal learning processes. Effective financial management is essential to ensure that the madrasah can provide adequate facilities in line with established educational standards. The objective of this research is to analyze how financial management is implemented at MA Al Washoya, focusing on planning, inventory, and evaluation related to the procurement of educational facilities and infrastructure.The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, using data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The study examines the financial planning process involving the Waka Sarpras, fund allocation based on annual work meetings, and how inventory and financial evaluation are conducted to ensure proper and efficient use of funds.The findings reveal that financial management at MA Al Washoya is functioning reasonably well; however, there are areas requiring improvement, particularly in optimizing procurement and maintenance of existing facilities and infrastructure. The evaluation indicates that, although facilities and infrastructure have been planned and procured, better maintenance is needed to ensure their sustainability. The study recommends that the madrasah be more proactive in financial planning and asset maintenance strategies to ensure the achievement of high-quality and sustainable educational outcomes.

This research analyzes the planning, organization, implementation and evaluation of local content curriculum management in developing Al-Qur'an reading and writing skills at SMPN 2 Diwek. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The results show that the curriculum was initially designed with an administrative model, but was later changed to a grass-roots model due to input from supervisors. Planning is done by preparing a learning plan at the beginning of the semester and submitting it to the school for monitoring. Organizing is carried out by the deputy principal by arranging teaching hours and lesson schedules. Implementation according to the predetermined schedule. Learning includes reading 2 Juz of the Qur'an per semester, recitation knowledge, and short surah imlak. The research results show that library management includes several strategic steps. First, library planning focuses on creating an environment that supports learning and is fun for students. Second, organizing involves librarians and technical teams working synergistically to ensure library services run efficiently and effectively. Third, regular evaluations are carried out to ensure the library functions optimally as a learning resource center. This evaluation aims to identify areas that require improvement and innovation, so that the library continues to develop according to user needs. Library services to increase interest in reading include providing interesting reading materials, active promotions, book lending competitions, study tours, awards for active borrowers, reading records, and receiving suggestions for improvement.

This study aims to analyse the implementation of education management in strengthening students' character at school. Student character is an important aspect in the formation of a person with integrity, responsibility and good moral values. A qualitative method with a case study approach was used in this research. Data were collected using interviews, documentation, and observation. The results of this study show the integration of character education in learning, extracurricular activities, as well as habituation and acculturation activities. In the classroom, character values such as gotong royong, integrity and independence are instilled through active approaches and independent tasks. Extracurricular activities, such as sports, arts, and religion, strengthen religious, independent, and nationalist characters. In addition, habituation through routine (prayer, ceremony, gotong royong), spontaneous (5 S), and exemplary (discipline) activities are also applied to shape students' characters. Overall, SMPN 1 Mojowarno has succeeded in forming students who are intelligent and have good character.

Analisis Kebijakan Pendidikan Diniyah dalam Implementasi Kurikulum Madrasah Diniyah di Lingkungan Pesantren

This research aims to analyze the Islamic education policy in implementing the Madrasah Islamic curriculum in the Islamic boarding school environment. The main focus of the research is to analyze the early education gap, adaptive early education curriculum, obstacles to early curriculum development and sustainable early education models. A qualitative approach is used with the case study method. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews, observation, and review of related documents. The research results show that there is a gap between the early education policy and the needs of traditional Islamic boarding schools, especially in maintaining local characteristics such as the yellow book curriculum. Islamic boarding schools face challenges in infrastructure, funding and human resource training, which hinder curriculum innovation. Manbaul Ulum Islamic Boarding School has combined religious values ??with modern skills, despite being constrained by technology and resources. This research proposes a sustainable, technology-based model of early education, teacher training, and collaboration with the business world to produce adaptive and relevant graduates without losing Islamic identity.
