The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews, documentation, source triangulation analysis techniques. The results showed that: 1) PAI teachers have an important role in instilling moral values to students to form noble characters. Through the exemplary approach, teaching the value of piety, mutual respect, helping, and protecting the environment is effectively instilled. Activities such as practicing religious teachings, community service, and habituation of manners are the main methods in creating students who are noble, caring for others, and responsible. 2) The school builds a school culture based on three main values: honesty, cooperation and healthy competition. Honesty is applied in learning and school policies. Cooperation is developed through group and extracurricular activities, while healthy competition encourages sportsmanship and respect for others' efforts. This study aims to describe Character Education from the Perspective of Local Wisdom at MI NU Miftahul Ulum Tonggowa Jatiarjo, Prigen District, Pasuruan Regency. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. The results of the study show that character education both inside and outside of Madrasah, teachers have tried to apply it by associating character education values ??with local wisdom. Religious character, disciplinary character, social caring character. application of the results obtained from character education from the perspective of local wisdom with several factors that can influence student character education at MINU Miftahul Ulum Tonggowa. the perspective of local wisdom, namely factors originating from the cooperation support of the madrasa, support from the authorities (Ratoh), support from parents (Bhuppa'-Bhabhu) students who are sensitive and understand this. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation techniques. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using descriptive analysis methods. Faridl Darmawan faridldarmawan@unwaha.ac.id <p>This study aims to examine the role of the caregiver (pengasuh) in leadership innovation at Pondok Pesantren Al-Roudloh Bahrul Ulum Tambakberas Jombang and its impact on enhancing the religiosity of the students (santri) and the surrounding community. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method, data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that the caregiver plays a central role in shaping the students' character through an approach that emphasizes role modeling, discipline, and independence. Leadership innovation is implemented through openness in activities that develop students’ potential and character formation based on traditional pesantren values. The main challenges include the young age of most students and the need to preserve the pesantren’s cultural heritage. Positive impacts of this leadership innovation are reflected in a more systematic management of the pesantren and increased student engagement in community activities. This research method is qualitative research with data collection methods of interviews, observation and documentation. Analysis is descriptive. The results of this study indicate that: First, the use of modelling theway method assisted by audio-visual media has been implemented gradually, because the existing facilities in school partners are still constrained by the ability of educators who do not understand how to operate it. Second, the implementation also has a good effect on the ability of students to understand learning materials. Many mistakes about the characteristics of adolescents who are still in the process of developing are related to their negative behavior, such as smoking, drinking alcohol, brawls, and so on. Therefore it is important for teachers to educate students to minimize aggression behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of exemplary Akidah Akhlak Teacher on Aggression Behavior in Students at MA Darul Faizin Catak Gayam Mojowarno Jombang. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. the research sample was 89 class XII students at MA Darul Faizin Catak Gayam Mojowarno Jombang who were selected using cluster random sampling technique. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire, which was validated and tested for reliability. Data analysis using descriptive and inferential statistics with the Spearman correlation test. The results showed that there was an influence between the exemplary moral akidah teacher and aggression behavior, this is known from the level correlation test (rank spearman) conducted by researchers by getting a significance value of 0.016 which is smaller than 0.05. By referring to the basis for decision making if the significance value is smaller than 0.05, there is an influence between variable x and also variable y. However, if the greater the significance value, the greater the significance value. However, if the significance value is greater, there is no influence between the x variable and the y variable. The Fathul Qarib book, as one of the basic fiqh references in the Shafi'i school of thought, plays an important role in shaping the religious understanding of santri, especially in terms of worship. Through a quantitative approach with a correlational research type, this study examines the relationship between the level of santri's understanding of the contents of the book and the quality of their worship practices in their daily lives. The research population included santri who actively participated in activities at the Islamic boarding school, with simple random sampling techniques applied to select respondents in order to obtain a representative sample. Data collection techniques involved distributing closed questionnaires, documenting worship activities, and directly observing the performance of fardhu prayers. The background to this study is that there are various problems in education, particularly in relation to character. In character building, there needs to be a strategy, one of which is the presence of a role model. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study were Islamic education teachers and eighth-grade students at SMPN 1 Jombang. The results showed that Islamic education teachers at SMPN 1 Jombang consistently applied the role model method through exemplary attitudes, speech, and behaviour in learning activities and outside the classroom. The implementation of this method has proven to be effective in instilling religious values such as honesty, discipline, responsibility, and social awareness in students. Factors supporting the success of the implementation include teacher commitment, school environment support, and active parental involvement.
