In the digital era, preachers are challenged to package the content they deliver in engaging ways while addressing various circulating issues. The podcast hosted by Habib Husein Ja’far al-Hadar discusses light yet substantive explanations regarding the religious practices of Indonesian society. Religion and indigenous beliefs in Indonesia are explored through conversational, dialogic, and humorous discussions between two speakers. This study uses a qualitative research method with content analysis as its primary analytical approach. To strengthen the research, the author also employs library research by reviewing various relevant literature. The primary data source of this research is Habib Ja’far al-Hadar’s podcast channel, supported by books and scholarly articles related to the theme of religious tolerance. The findings indicate that several episodes of the Noice podcast “Berbeda Tapi Bersama” reveal crucial points for the future of tolerance in Indonesia. The author identifies several indications, including that each religion offers exemplary teachings and encourages respect for the principles and rules of other religions. Each religion has points of convergence and similarities, even if its intentions and values differ. These elements demonstrate strong respect and tolerance, with dialogue serving as a key foundation for sustaining diversity.
2025-12-09T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Ni'am Khurotul Asna, Ummi Ulfatus Syahriyah https://jurnal.stituwjombang.ac.id/index.php/irsyaduna/article/view/2600 Integrasi Supervisi Klinik Modern dan Nilai-Nilai Islam dalam Pembinaan Profesionalisme Guru 2025-11-07T04:08:36+07:00 Jaswadi Jaswadi rikzaabduljabbar@gmail.com Agus Zaenul Fitri guszain@uinsatu.ac.id
This study originates from the issue of low teacher professionalism in Islamic educational institutions, which is still dominated by administrative supervision practices that fail to address personal and spiritual development. In this context, Islamic value-based clinical supervision is proposed as an integrative approach to holistically enhance teacher professionalism. This research employs a library research method by reviewing academic literature such as books, journals, research reports, and scientific articles related to clinical supervision and teacher professionalism. Data were collected through the identification, selection, and analysis of relevant sources using content analysis techniques. The findings reveal that clinical supervision based on Islamic values not only strengthens teachers’ pedagogical and professional competencies but also fosters spiritual awareness through the principles of tazkiyah (self-purification) and islah (self-improvement). The main contribution of this study lies in integrating modern clinical supervision theory with transcendental Islamic values, thereby presenting a model of teacher development grounded in spirituality and professional ethics. These findings highlight the importance of implementing Islamic-based clinical supervision as a strategy for teacher development oriented toward quality, morality, and sustainability in Islamic education.
2025-12-12T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Jaswadi Jaswadi, Agus Zaenul Fitri https://jurnal.stituwjombang.ac.id/index.php/irsyaduna/article/view/2594 Integrasi Nilai-Nilai Islam dalam Pengambilan Keputusan pada Perencanaan Pendidikan di Sekolah Islam 2025-11-07T06:48:56+07:00 Rini Rini riniwilson65@gmail.com Wahyu Hidayat wahyuhidayat.wh224@gmail.com Asmendri Asmendri asmendri@uinmybatusangkar.ac.id Milya Sari milyasari@uinib.ac.id
This study aims to formulate an integrative decision-making model based on Islamic values to improve the quality of Islamic school governance. Through a systematic literature review of publications from 2020 to 2025, this study identifies the gap between modern managerial approaches and the integration of religious values in decision-making practices in Islamic schools. The findings show that the quality of decisions depends on the balance between technical rationality and moral orientation based on the principles of shura, amanah, 'adl, and maslahah. The resulting model includes five stages: preparation and agenda setting, data collection and analysis, deliberation and consensus, value-based implementation, and evaluation and spiritual reflection. Each stage is designed to ensure that technical and value aspects go hand in hand, resulting in inclusive, fair, and maslahah-oriented policies. The study also identified implementation challenges, including weak documentation of deliberations, low data utilization, uneven value leadership capacity, and the dominance of administrative orientation. This integrative model offers a practical framework for Islamic school leaders in formulating policies that are both managerially effective and in line with religious identity, thereby fostering an educational environment that shapes the character and achievements of students holistically
2025-12-16T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Rini Rini, Wahyu Hidayat, Asmendri Asmendri, Milya Sari https://jurnal.stituwjombang.ac.id/index.php/irsyaduna/article/view/2613 Integrasi Pendekatan Teoritis dan Implementasi Perencanaan Pendidikan di Indonesia: Analisis Kesenjangan dan Solusi Strategis 2025-12-08T17:41:17+07:00 M. Employing qualitative methods with a library research design, this study synthesized 25 academic sources, including journals, textbooks, and policy documents published within the last decade. The analysis reveals that educational planning encompasses systematic processes of needs analysis, goal formulation, priority setting, implementation, and evaluation. Three major approaches—social demand, manpower needs, and rate of return—emphasize equity, relevance, and efficiency, respectively. Four critical aspects (quantitative, qualitative, relevance, and efficiency) must be comprehensively integrated throughout the planning stages. The findings indicate substantial implementation challenges, including limited managerial capacity, insufficient data literacy, weak stakeholder participation, and resource constraints. School Work Plans (RKS/M) often remain administrative documents rather than strategic instruments for institutional improvement. Regional disparities in planning capacity further exacerbate educational inequity between urban and rural areas. Significant gaps persist between theoretical concepts and practical implementation, where planning becomes a mechanistic administrative task rather than a strategic management instrument. This study concludes that effective educational planning requires paradigm transformation toward participatory, evidence-based approaches supported by enhanced capacity building, systematic evaluation mechanisms, and synergistic coordination among central government, regional authorities, and educational institutions to ensure sustainable and equitable national education development.
2025-12-16T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2025 M. M. Qoyyim Ya’qub and its relevance to character development in the modern era. The study is motivated by the growing imbalance between physical (jasadiyah) and spiritual (ruhiyah) dimensions in contemporary Islamic education, which has contributed to various adolescent problems such as moral degradation, weak self-control, and spiritual crisis. This research employs a library research approach using a philosophical perspective and descriptive-analytical method. The data were collected from the works of KH. M. Qoyyim Ya’qub as primary sources, supported by scholarly literature on Islamic education, Sufism, character education, and adolescent developmental psychology. Data analysis was conducted through content analysis focusing on educational concepts, stages, methods, and value orientations of Sufism-based education. The findings reveal that KH. M. Qoyyim Ya’qub’s Sufism-based educational concept is structured systematically and gradually through four main stages: shari‘ah, tariqah, haqiqah, and ma‘rifah. This approach emphasizes the internalization of spiritual values, habituation of religious practices, the exemplary role of the spiritual guide (mursyid), and the integration of spiritual education with social life and practical skills. Sufism-based education is positioned not merely as a ritual practice but as a holistic pedagogical approach aimed at fostering moral awareness, emotional maturity, and spiritual resilience among adolescents. This study contributes theoretically to the development of an adaptive framework of Sufism-based Islamic education for modern adolescents and practically offers an alternative model of character education for Islamic educational institutions. However, this study is limited by the absence of empirical field data; therefore, future research employing qualitative field studies is recommended to further examine the effectiveness of this educational model.

2025-12-19T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Mihmidaty Ya'cub, Ahmad Shofiyul i Himam, Mia Rahmawati, Ati Dingpanoh https://jurnal.stituwjombang.ac.id/index.php/irsyaduna/article/view/2608 Manpower Planning dalam Pendidikan Islam: Integrasi Nilai Tauhid, Amanah, dan Maslahah 2025-11-20T23:09:23+07:00 Sindi Saputri saputrisindi.2812@gmail.com Sri Wet Susanti sushantyhaviz@gmail.com Asmendri Asmendri asmendri@uinmybatusangkar.ac.id Milya Sari milyasari@uinib.ac.id
Human resource planning (manpower planning) in Islamic education is a strategic component that determines institutional sustainability and educational quality amid challenges of professionalism, unequal teacher distribution, and rapid digital transformation. This article aims to analyze human resource planning in Islamic education from an Islamic philosophical perspective by emphasizing ontological, epistemological, and axiological dimensions, as well as to formulate an integrative and applicable human resource planning model. This study employs a qualitative approach using a library research design, reviewing relevant national and international literature in Islamic educational management and human resource planning. The findings indicate that human resource planning in the Islamic perspective extends beyond efficiency and productivity, emphasizing spiritual and moral development through the values of tawhid, amanah (trust), adl (justice), ihsan (excellence), and maslahah (public benefit). The study also identifies structural challenges in Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia, including limited professional competence and digital literacy among educators, weak long-term planning, and unequal distribution of teachers across regions. As its main contribution, this article proposes the Islamic Tauhidi Human Resource Planning Model, a conceptual framework that integrates Islamic philosophical principles with modern strategic management practices. This model offers an alternative paradigm for managing human resources in Islamic education that is ethical, professional, adaptive to socio-technological changes, and oriented toward sustainable public benefit.

2025-12-19T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Sindi Saputri, Sri Wet Susanti, Asmendri Asmendri, Milya Sari https://jurnal.stituwjombang.ac.id/index.php/irsyaduna/article/view/2646 Pendekatan Supervisi Direktif Sebagai Pembinaan dan Pengembangan Profesionalitas Guru 2025-12-04T03:23:28+07:00 Zahrotur Roifah zahroturroifah8@gmail.com Arum Wardatul Husna Asyauqiya arumwardatul14@gmail.com Binti Maunah bintimaunah@uinsatu.ac.id Hikmah Eva Trisnantari hikmaheva@gmail.com
Madrasah teachers play a strategic role in improving the quality of Islamic education, but in practice they still face challenges such as low professional competence, limited learning innovation, and a lack of effective and sustainable guidance. One effort to overcome these problems is through the implementation of targeted and systematic supervision. This study aims to analyze the concept and implementation of the directive supervision approach in madrasah teacher development and its implications for improving teacher professionalism. The directive approach is considered relevant because it provides clear, structured, and effective guidance to enhance teacher competence and performance continuously. This study uses the library research method with a descriptive qualitative approach, and data were obtained from books, scientific journals, and previous studies. The results show that directive supervision is effective in improving teacher professionalism through structured guidance, mentoring, and evaluation, enabling teachers to become more disciplined, skilled, and focused in carrying out their duties. However, if applied rigidly, this approach may limit teachers’ creativity and initiative. Therefore, directive supervision needs to be combined with collaborative elements so that teacher development becomes more adaptive, participatory, and sustainable.
2025-12-23T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Zahrotur Roifah, Arum Wardatul Husna Asyauqiya, Binti Maunah, Hikmah Eva Trisnantari
