Besides implanted directly during the learning process, character education also requires other efforts such as accompanied by interesting reading which contains the values of character education. This study focused on the values of character building, especially religious characters, which are the main character values in the Hati Suhita Novel by Khilma Anis.The purpose of this study was to analyze the values of character education and the religious characters contained in the Hati Suhita Novel more specifically. The writer used a qualitative approach by library study. The results showed Hati Suhita Novel contained 13 character values, namely: 1) Religious, 2) Hard work, 3) Creative, 4) Independent, 5) Democratic, 6) Curiosity, 7) Love their homelands, 8) Respect for achievement, 9) Friendly / communicative, 10) Love of peace, 11) Like to read, 12) Social care, and 13) Responsibility. The purpose of this study is to describe the teacher's role in the formation of students' morals at SMP Negeri 2 Diwek. This research is a qualitative field research, the form of the research is descriptive qualitative using data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that: the morals of students at SMP Negeri 2 Diwek were good, friendly, and polite. However, there are still those whose morals need to be addressed, such as respecting, obedient, polite, courteous, and shaking hands when they meet. A luxurious lifestyle is widely regarded as the capital of happiness and serenity. Sufism is like a cure for disease in an era with all the negative effects that are infected in it, like the froth of dew that soothes the arid minds of people who only call for mortal favors. Sufism is presented by God with all spiritual teachings that form noble character who will play its main role in offering solutions to the problems of modern society which if left unchecked can destroy the nation's future. So to deal with this kind of disease we really need a doctor who is an expert in the field of spirituality and morality. The collection data method used in this study was a scale method, and the population of this study was 720 high school students. Sampling of the type used is cluster random sampling to give all classes an equal chance. Sampling from 8 existing classes resulted in 5 classes with a total of 150 students. Charging scale is carried out in each class for a predetermined amount of time. From the results of the study, the calculation of the regression analysis of achievement motivation according to parental support and reading interest obtained a value of R = 0.201. p = 0.000; (p &lt;0.05) Fcount = 18.520, sig. = 0.000 &lt;0.05, which indicates that X1, X2 and Y are linear. Apabila anak diasuh, dibesarkan dan dididik dengan hal-hal yang bersifat kebaikan, maka anak akan tumbuh pada kebaikan itu dan akan mendapatkan kebahagiaan dunia akhirat. Sebaliknya, bilamana anak diasuh dengan kekerasan dan kejelekan, maka anak akan tumbuh dengan kekerasan tersebut. Konsep pola asuh dalam perspektif Islam adalah pola asuh yang dapat memberikan keteladanan, nasehat, perhatian atau pengawasan, kebiasaan baik dan juga perhatian terhadap moral anak. The quality of human resources in a nation is greatly influenced by the level of education and management formed by a nation. In order to meet future needs and welcome Indonesia's Golden Generation in 2045, a Competency Standard for Graduates based on XXI Century Competencies, Indonesia's Demographic Bonus, and Indonesia's Potential to become the Group of 7 of the World's Largest Economic Countries has been established, and at the same time strengthens Indonesia's contribution to the development of world civilization. General knowledge and skills must be possessed by every human being as a provision for life in this world to lead to happiness in this world and the hereafter. The existence of the Madrasah Aliyah Skills Program is based on the premise that in modern life everyone is required to adapt to the changing times that are always changing rapidly in relations between nations and mobility of employment opportunities. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effectiveness of curriculum management in the provision of skills class programs, especially in skills classes, because the outline does not only know the achievements of students in the academic field, but also includes students' skills. The method used in this research is quantitative method, with the research design of One-shot Case Study. With the sample used were class XII students who participated in the culinary skills program. The data collection technique in this study was carried out using a questionnaire method. After the data has been collected, before the analysis is carried out, the data instrument test is conducted first, namely the validity test. In this study, the validity test used an internal validity test through three experts. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. This study used purposive sampling, where the sample of this study consisted of principals, vice-principals of the curriculum section, and teachers at SDI Kreatif MAS. Researchers used data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are the implementation of the Cambridge curriculum at SDI Kreatif MAS is said to be feasible and becomes one of the role models in the surrounding area as a school that implements an international curriculum. In stages, the Cambridge curriculum consists of three stages, namely 1) Planning, 2) Implementation, and 3) Evaluation. This research is a field research using a qualitative descriptive approach. This research was carried out at MTs Al-Arqom Sarirejo. The time of this research was carried out in April-July 2021. The subjects of this study were the head madrasah, vice chairman of the curriculum, tahfidz teachers, homeroom teachers, students and guardians of students. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The data validity technique uses triangulation of sources and methods. The data analysis technique uses an interactive analysis model, which consists of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that: 1) <em>Tahfidz Qur'an</em> learning strategies carried out at MTs Al-Arqom were: a) <em>talaqqi</em>, namely feedback between teachers and students. b) <em>takrir</em>, namely memorizing with the guidance of the teacher and deposited with the teacher. c<em>) muroja'ah</em>, namely by repeating memorization together with other students. d) <em>mudarosah</em>, that is, students memorize by taking turns with other friends. e) the test, namely, the memorization test to determine the fluency of the students' memorization. 2) The implementation of the tahfidz Al-Qur'an learning strategy is able to change the character of students for the better.
