The collection techniques for this research were in the form of observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis used validity, reliability, normality, linearity, and hypothesis with simple linier regression. The results of the descriptive analysis on the habit of practicing congregational dzuhur prayer were in the “ adequate” category, which was shown in the average score of 25,67. The research design used is a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study methodology, which involves an in-depth examination of phenomena. The research results indicate that the religious program is systematically designed through coordination between the RKT and KSP teams, with main programs such as Dhuha prayer, congregational Zuhr prayer, and Wafa completing Quran reading and writing. The implementation of the program receives full support from teachers and the foundation, and demonstrates active student involvement. Teachers' exemplary behavior was proven to have a strong impact on students' religious motivation. Program evaluations were conducted periodically to adjust implementation to students' academic needs. Through structured, flexible religious programs supported by good role models and evaluation, students' religious character can be optimally developed. This study examines transformational leadership based on spiritual values as a strategy to enhance the religiosity of educators and students at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Sumenep. A qualitative case study approach was employed, with data collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that transformational leadership at MAN Sumenep is implemented through four key dimensions: (1) Idealized Influence, where the head of the madrasah serves as a role model in religious practices; (2) Inspirational Motivation, which fosters religious enthusiasm through sermons and Islamic activities; (3) Intellectual Stimulation, involving regular evaluations to strengthen religious culture; and (4) Individualized Consideration, which focuses on the spiritual and moral development of students. This leadership approach is carried out through various programs, including congregational prayers, Quran recitation sessions, collective supplications before and after lessons, and the commemoration of Islamic holidays (PHBI). Additionally, a spiritual attendance system is implemented to monitor students' discipline in practicing religious obligations. The study concludes that transformational leadership based on spiritual values effectively fosters an educational environment that not only enhances academic quality but also strengthens students' religious character. However, the contribution of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in supporting this assessment has not been studied in depth. This study aims to analyze the role of PAI in strengthening AKM and Character Survey, as well as identifying its implementation challenges. This study employs a literature review method. The findings indicate that PAI not only plays a role in character development but can also enhance literacy and numeracy through contextual materials such as zakat, inheritance, and analysis of the Quran and Hadith texts. The values in PAI also align with the indicators of the Pancasila Student Profile. However, there are still challenges regarding teacher readiness, infrastructure, and the suboptimal integration of assessment results into learning. The background is the importance of instilling religious values ??and character in the digital era, where social media is massively used by students. The goal is to equip students with digital communication ethics, prevent the spread of negative content, and foster polite and responsible attitudes, in line with strengthening the nation's religious and cultural character. The method used is Research and Development (R&amp;D) with the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). The subjects of this study were PAI teachers and 11th-grade students of SMAN 1 Jombang. The results showed that this teaching module was very suitable for use based on the assessment of expert validators. This is evidenced by the N-Gain value of 0.77, which is included in the high category. In addition, the effectiveness of the pre-test also showed a figure of 77.2%, which indicates that this module is effective. To address this issue, MTs Baiturrohim Blimbing Jombang has implemented a literacy program integrated into the learning process. This study aims to describe the implementation of the literacy program, its influence on students’ reading interest and academic achievement, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in its execution. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving the school principal, literacy program teachers, and students. The findings reveal that the literacy program is carried out through structured reading activities, the provision of reading corners in each classroom, library facilities, the use of educational technology, and the integration of literacy into various subjects. The program has successfully fostered reading interest, enhanced learning motivation, and positively impacted students’ cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. Supporting factors include the availability of learning facilities, technology, and internet access, while inhibiting factors involve students’ low reading ability, limited book collections, inadequate technological resources, uneven internet access, and insufficient supervision of digital device usage. This research employs a qualitative descriptive methodology utilizing field research techniques. Information was gathered via observation, interviews, and documentation. The research sample consists of PAI teachers teaching in the 11th grade at SMK PGRI Kota Pagar Alam. The results of this research suggest that (1) there is a lack of understanding of P5 material due to limited training on the Merdeka Curriculum, (2) there is minimal use of interesting and relevant learning media, (3) there is low student engagement during learning activities, and (4) there are limitations in terms of human resources, facilities, and school budgets. In addressing these challenges, various solutions are proposed, including enhancing teacher training and guidance, developing more innovative teaching methods, implementing efficient classroom management, and providing full support from the school administration. These results aid in the advancement of Merdeka Curriculum implementation, particularly in integrating Pancasila values through PAI education. The research findings indicate that effective public relations strategies, such as optimizing information dissemination, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, and promoting the school’s achievements, have significantly contributed to strengthening the institution’s image. The supporting factors include the commitment of the school leadership, active collaboration among teachers and staff, and the utilization of digital platforms for promotion. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors comprise limited resources, insufficient public awareness, and certain technical constraints in implementing promotional programs.The scientific contribution of this research lies in providing a conceptual and practical framework for implementing public relations management in the educational sector, particularly in enhancing school branding in madrasah environments. Additionally, this study enriches the literature on educational management by presenting an integrated model that combines promotional strategies with community engagement. However, this research has limitations, such as its focus on a single institution, which may affect the generalizability of the findings. Future studies are recommended to involve multiple schools or madrasahs with different characteristics to obtain more comprehensive and comparative results. One of the strategies used is through the management of entrepreneurship-based business units. This study aims to describe the management of Islamic boarding schools in optimising student independence through entrepreneurship and to explain the implications of this program on the development of students' skills, attitudes, and independence. The research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method at the Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic Boarding School in Jombang. Data were collected through observation, interviews with caregivers, administrators (ibu nyai, head of business units), and students, as well as documentation. Data analysis included data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The study found that the pesantren management optimises the independence of santri through various business units such as cooperatives, furniture, fisheries, agriculture, computer training centres, and clothing/sewing. Santri are educated as warriors of the Qur'an who have a spirit of jihad, do not depend on rewards, and are equipped with entrepreneurial skills to be economically independent. As a result, the students' skills are increasingly honed, they do not depend on others, can manage their free time, have a sense of responsibility, and uphold their duties. The level of independence developed by the students covers emotional, behavioural, skill, and value aspects. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a field research approach. The subjects of the study were 20 second-grade students selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through participatory observation, semi-structured interviews with students, class teachers, and tahfidz teachers, and documentation. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model with data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques. Data validity testing was carried out by triangulation of sources, techniques, and member checks. The results of the study indicate that the morning habituation activities carried out every day at 07.00-07.15 WIB were not effective in strengthening students' memorization. This was due to the implementation duration being too short (15 minutes), the material being too dense and diverse, and the mismatch between the muraja'ah material (Surah Al-Ikhlas to An-Nas) and the memorization achievement of students who had already reached longer surahs such as Al-Mulk and Al-Bayyina. Supporting factors included the religious environment, active teacher involvement, and infrastructure availability. Inhibiting factors included low student discipline, time constraints, unpredictable weather, and lateness of teachers on duty. The background of this research is rooted in the challenges of globalisation and digitalisation, which potentially weaken the moral values of the younger generation, requiring pesantren to maintain their relevance as institutions of character education. The study employed a descriptive qualitative design involving 10 participants, consisting of students, carers, and the pesantren leader, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected over three months through participatory observation, in-depth interviews totalling 20 hours, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted through coding (open, axial, and selective), thematic categorisation, and triangulation of sources and methods. The findings indicate that character formation is developed through five key strategies: habituation of discipline, egalitarian leadership of the kyai, reinforcement of ukhuwah islamiyah, cultivation of ukhuwah wathaniyah, and the synergy of traditional practices with pedagogical innovation. The study concludes that pesantren function not only as religious institutions but also as social laboratories shaping students’ character comprehensively—religious, with integrity, and adaptive to modernity. This study specifically examined whether sholawat songs—Islamic devotional songs—influence students' motivation to learn speaking. Employing a quantitative research methodology, the researcher collected data through questionnaires distributed to participants. Subsequently, the data underwent analysis using simple linear regression to determine the relationship between the two variables. The research findings demonstrated that sholawat songs effectively enhance students' motivation for speaking learning. The statistical analysis revealed significant results through multiple measures. When comparing the t-counted value with the t-table value, the result (3.463 &gt; 2.045) indicated statistical significance. Similarly, the p-value analysis (0.002 &lt; 0.05) further confirmed the significance of the regression coefficient. These results collectively demonstrate that the relationship between sholawat songs and speaking motivation is statistically meaningful and not merely due to chance. Therefore, incorporating sholawat songs into language learning curricula may effectively boost student engagement and motivation in developing speaking skills</p> Khudriyah Khudriyah M. The research is motivated by the increasing moral decline among students, which demands the proactive role of BK teachers in fostering akhlaqul karimah through Islamic-based counseling services. This study employs a qualitative approach using the library research method by reviewing scientific sources such as books, SINTA- and Scopus-indexed journal articles, and official documents related to Islamic education. Data were analyzed using content analysis to interpret conceptual meanings derived from various theories and previous findings. The results indicate that the role of BK teachers in moral formation includes three main dimensions: preventive, curative, and developmental. BK teachers function not only as problem solvers but also as moral educators and spiritual role models who help students develop self-awareness, moral responsibility, and internalized Islamic values. Theoretically, this study contributes to the development of an Islamic value-based counseling model, while practically, it encourages strengthening counseling services in madrasahs. Educational capitalization is defined as the process of implementing market economic principles, such as competition, profitability, and privatization, which have a significant impact on the education system. In this context, education is viewed as a market where a commercial approach is applied in the management, financing, and provision of educational services. This study aims to identify the positive and negative impacts of educational capitalization on Islamic educational institutions, as well as to review Islamic views on educational capitalization. The method used is a literature study with a descriptive analytical approach to various library sources. The results of the study indicate that educational capitalization has a positive impact in the form of increasing institutional autonomy, innovation, and accelerating the development of science and technology. However, on the other hand, it also has negative impacts such as excessive commercialization, privatization, increasing education costs, and threats to the fundamental values ??of Islamic education. Kapitalisasi pendidikan diartikan sebagai proses penerapan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi pasar, seperti persaingan, profitabilitas, dan privatisasi, yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap sistem pendidikan. Dalam konteks ini, pendidikan dipandang sebagai pasar di mana pendekatan komersial yang diterapkan dalam pengelolaan, pembiayaan, dan penyediaan layanan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dampak positif dan negatif kapitalisasi pendidikan terhadap lembaga pendidikan Islam, serta mengulas pandangan Islam terhadap kapitalisasi pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitis terhadap berbagai sumber pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kapitalisasi pendidikan memberikan dampak positif berupa peningkatan otonomi kelembagaan, inovasi, dan percepatan pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan serta teknologi. Namun, di sisi lain juga menimbulkan dampak negatif seperti komersialisasi berlebihan, privatisasi, peningkatan biaya pendidikan, serta ancaman terhadap nilai-nilai fundamental pendidikan Islam.
