Quality-based leadership can increase the number of new students through superior programs such as BTQ, ICT learning, and education about batik. Improving the quality of education requires effective and efficient management of all institutional components, including educators, education staff, students, facilities and finance. Overall, effective leadership and quality educational programs have an important role in increasing the number of new students in an educational institution. The aim is to find out the role of school principals in increasing the number of students and to find out what programs can attract and attract new prospective students. The research method is qualitative, which is field research because the data produced is in the form of written or spoken words from objects and behavior that can be observed. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach. Data was collected through observation techniques, in-depth interviews and document analysis, in order to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the source of the conflict and the madrasa head's strategy in resolving it. The results of the research show that the source of conflict arises from the first internal factor, the absence of teachers without notification and the lack of attendance of most teachers at meetings. Secondly, the unequal distribution of tasks has resulted in excessive workload for some teachers and staff. The third issue is interpersonal relations. Some teachers felt offended when they were reprimanded by picket teachers. The strategy used by madrasah heads in handling conflict is by carrying out several stages, namely analysis of the level of conflict that occurs, including identifying the characteristics of the conflict, the type of conflict, its causes and the actors involved. Next, identify the source of the problem, to understand the roots of the conflict that occurs. Then the conflict resolution process involves summoning the conflicting party for questioning and giving a personal warning. The approach used in this research is descriptive-qualitative, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The research focus includes planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the management of student students. The research results show that the management of student students at the Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Islamic Boarding School is carried out systematically by applying the principles of Islamic boarding school-based education management. Apart from that, the synergy between the religious and academic curriculum has succeeded in creating a conducive learning environment, improving the quality of learning, and supporting students' character development. However, this research also found challenges in providing facilities and infrastructure and managing time between academic activities and Islamic boarding schools. Likewise, this research aims to explore and understand the relevance of the values and principles of multicultural education to Islam. This research also emphasizes that multicultural education harmonises with Islamic values and principles. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach, namely descriptive research emphasising analysis. The methodology of this research is a literature study. Multicultural education in Islam aims to create intelligent, religious, creative, educated individuals and accept society's diversity. Multicultural values are Islamic values, including tauhid, ummah, rahmah, musawah, tasamuh, tadhamun, ta'awun and kinship. Multicultural principles in Islam include pluralism, equality, and modesty in diversity. The relationship between Islamic beliefs and multicultural education is discussed in this article. Multicultural education shares many principles and characteristics with Islam and is closely related. However, the material of Aqidah Akhlak is often considered less engaging and difficult for students to understand. Therefore, innovation in teaching methods is needed to address these issues. The Islamic soap opera <em>Islam KTP</em> episode 01, with a storyline close to the daily lives of teenagers, is seen as an effective alternative media for learning. This research is relevant because the soap opera presents the values of Aqidah and Akhlak creatively and entertainingly. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. The research subjects are MA Darussalam Ngoro Jombang students who have watched the <em>Islam KTP</em> soap opera episode 01. Data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews with students and teachers, and documentation. The study results show that the <em>Islam KTP</em> soap opera episode 01 can potentially improve students' understanding of Aqidah Akhlak material. This is evident from students' enthusiasm in participating in discussions after watching the soap opera, as well as the increase in students' understanding of the Aqidah Akhlak concepts presented in the soap opera</p> Abd.
