<p><strong>ZIYADAH</strong> adalah Jurnal Nasional Penelitian dan Pembelajaran PAI diterbitkan oleh Dewan Pengurus Pusat Asosiasi Guru Pendidikan Islam Indonesia (DPP AGPAII) dan berafiliasi dengan Prodi PAI STIT Al-Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang Jawa Timur. Terbit pertama kali Agustus 2018 oleh DPD AGPAII Kabupaten Jombang. <p>The role of praying Jumat as al-Quran and hadits instruction in educational field must be made effort to increase students’ character. In a fact students’ ability to perform Jumat prayers is not in accordance with the rules. This article is the result of classroom action research (CAR) of X IPA 1 class at SMAN Sugihwaras Bojonegoro which consists of two cycles, both of which consist of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data collection techniques using observation, test and documentation. The teaching and learning process using demostration and role playing method showed that the classroom atmosphere becomes alive and learning quality outcomes are getting better. The activities of teachers and students during learning from the first to second cycle have increased, that is, from enough to very good categories. The quality of the students’<br>Jumat prayer after joining the lesson was successful. This is evidenced by the average score of students in the psychomotor aspects of 61,25 for the first cycle to 78,62 for the second cycle. In the affective aspect, the average is 66,75 for the first cycle to 76,87 for the second cycle. At the final score, the average is 64 for the first cycle to 77,75 for the second cycle. So it can be concluded that there is an increase results of the evaluation scores from the first cycle with a total of 2,560 and mean of 64 to be 3,110 with mean of 77,75 in second cycles.</p>Mokhamad Samsu

<p>The implementation of lecture method continuousely in teaching and leraning tarikh (subject of Islamic education) causes boring classroom climate. Because the students will be sleepy and do not pay attention to the learning process as a whole, meanwhile attention is important thing and causes students’ understanding and result. This article is the result of a classroom action research (CAR) with two cycles, each cycle consists of planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The research object is 36 students of XI MIPA 2 class SMAN 7 Kediri in academic year of 2018/2019. The data analysis technique<br>used is descriptive-comparative, with data collection instruments using questionnaires, observation and documentation. The results showed that there was a<br>significant change in teacher activity and student participation in learning. <p>This article is about the analysis of the increasing of students ability to communicate verbally in Islamic religious education (PAI) subject. This research is descriptivequalitative, with the principal, vice principal, educators (PAI teachers) and students as research subjects. In collecting the data, the researcher used techniques of interview, observation and documentation. To analyse the data, the researcher used reduction, display, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the data analysis, it shows that SMKN 2 Kasihan has implemented a student centered learning approach. The second, this school carries out cooperative learning by integrating Islamic Education and arts in the learning process, PAI and art materials are integrated in the Host Partner Learning method. The third is the integration strategy of Islamic education and arts learning in the form of implementation an active and fun learning model with varied methods and empowering the students’ artistic potential in the learning process.</p>Dwi Priyana

<p>The current phenomenon shows that many principal are not able to carry out their leadership duties maximally. In fact, to develop educational institutions, leaders must make effort to create innovative and creative changes by forming an established work team, to achieve school goals is carried out with participatory cooperation. This article discusses the meaning of transformational leadership styles in managing educational units to encourage the teachers of Islamic religious education (PAI) performance. Transformational leadership style is a process of leaders and followers raising themselves to a higher level of morality and motivation. The characteristics of the transformational leadership style is two main characters, that is idealized influence and individualized consideration. A leader can transform his subordinates through four components, such as charismatic leadership, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation and individualized consideration. PAI teacher performance is something that is achieved by a person in carrying out his/her duties or work for a certain period based on the standards and criteria have been set for the job. The performance of PAI teachers is in accordance with their respective authorities and responsibilities to achieve the goals of the organization concerned legally, without violating the law and in accordance with morals or ethics. </p>Mochamad Yusuf

<p>Educational problems must be taken on. The various negative impacts of modern life have to be minimized by human life sectors, including education. This article explains how education has constantly basis for thinking in every educational process. In addition, it also examines Islamic ideology in achieving educational goals, especially in realizing the five responsibilities as its task. This is because education cannot be separated from ideology. Whatever the educational model, it always has an ideological content. Education as a tool to preserve an ideology is clearly part of the social change process. Ideology is defined as the person or people perspective in understanding social reality. The color of ideology in education which is based on two perspectives, they are the formal system perspective and the empirical process perspective brings up three classifications of educational ideology, they are dichotomous, trichotomic and six groups. Meanwhile, the educational ideology in Islam prioritizes the individual as the main focus. This because of the importance of<br>education to build soul, mind and piety. The purpose of education in Islam is focused on the individual’s ability to be able to be responsible for five things, such as responsibility to Allah SWT, to himself, to society, to act and uphold justice and responsibility to nature.</p>Mahnan Marbawi
