DESAIN PENGELOLAAN KELAS BERBASIS PEMBELAJARAAN AKTIF PADA PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM (PAI)

Abstract: This article discusses classroom management related closely to the success of learning process. Classroom management problems must be addressed by management a corrective action, which is grouped into individual and grouping problems. It can use behavior-modification approach, socio-emotional-climate approach and group processes approach. To solve kinds of disciplinary violations in the classroom management, they can use various ways, such as the introduction of students through interest-inventory, socio grams or feedback letters. The authority to handle classroom management problems are three, they are (1) teachers authority, (2) schools authority as educational institution, even joint handling between schools, (3) problems in outside the teacher and school authority, involving outsiders. Besides, administration also influences classroom management, such as attendance, guidance room, reading place, trash can, personal notes and instructions of using the library and classroom rules and so on. Classroom management also requires monitoring to find out rules and alternatives empirically which effective to solve management problems, either in the form of recovering or actions towards the tactics.
