PENGARUH KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL GURU TERHADAP PENCAPAIAN KOMPETENSI MATA PELAJARAN AL-QUR’AN HADITS DI SMA DARUL ULUM 1 UNGGULAN BPPT JOMBANG

Abstract

The implementation of education lay down the teacher as pioner in changing the student’s attitudes, abilities and skills. In the teaching and learning process, teachers should be able to understand their competence as a design for lay- ing the foundation of science in improving the educational quality. The profesional teachers will be able to create an effective and fun learning environment. This research is quantitative used more numbers from data collection to presentation of final results. Data was collected by using questionnaires and interviews with respondents. The results showed that the professional competence of teachers had a significant effect towards students competence of al-Qur’an Hadith at SMA Darul Ulum 1 BPPT Jombang, with a value of 0,047 < ? = 0,05. Simultaneously, the teacher professional competence and the learning quality effected to stu- dents achievement of al-Qur’an Hadith at SMA Darul Ulum 1 BPPT Jombang, with Fcounted is 66,434 and significance of 0,000, it means Fcounted > Ftable and a significance value 0, 000 < 0, 05.
