ARTISTIC APPROACH DALAM SUPERVISI PEMBELAJARAN BAGI PENINGKATAN KOMPETENSI KEPRIBADIAN GURU DI SMAN PATIANROWO NGANJUK

Abstract

This article discusses the implementation of supervise artistic approach as a learning model done by head master in improving teachers’ personal competence in SMAN Patianrowo Nganjuk. This study describes the supervision program preparation, implementation and result has been done. This article is qualitative in the form case study. In collecting the data, the researcher used interview, observation and documentation technique. The data then analyzed by reduction, display and conclusion drawing. This study concluded that the programming of learning supervision by the head master has been right, namely through identification of the problem, data processing, formulation and stabilization of the program. Meanwhile, the supervision implementation was done through direct observation of the learning process in the class and individual coaching. There is a change of the teacher personality after implementing the supervision, they are more a strong, stable, mature, independent, responsible, wise, dignified and have good morals.
