PENANAMAN NILAI-NILAI PENDIDIKAN ISLAM MELALUI TRADISI SEDEKAH BUMI PADA MASYARAKAT DESA KARANGMOJO KECAMATAN PLANDAAN JOMBANG

Abstract

This article examines the earth alms tradition held yearly in Karangmojo Jombang. This is one of the customs from generation to generation from ancestors which are still practiced in society today. This paper is qualitative as a result of field research (field research). Data collection techniques using observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis uses the reduction, data display and conclussion. The research result shows that the dimensions of alms-earth are tradition, religion, harmony and art. The alms-earth started by planning, included discussion about when it will be conducted and what the agenda. This tradition is led by the village head, community and religious leaders. The community brought the harvest to the village hall, it was paraded to the field and then the village deceiver prays for it. The harvest such as rice, cone and so forth are eaten together or brought home. The form of Islamic education values ??planted to the people of Karangmojo in that tradition was carried out through religious activities which participated by many residents, socialization and many other Islamic activities. The method used is situational, tarhib and tadzhib, dialogic, innovation, uswatun hasanah, meaningfulness, guidance and so forth.
